A Pytchley Gift Voucher is a thoughtful and alternative gift for any family member or friend, and a great way of saying a special thank you.

Vouchers can be ordered for any denomination from £10, and can be redeemed against meals, drinks or overnight accommodation without any restrictions or date deadlines.

Refund Policy

The photographs of the products are for presentation only. The ordered products may have differences (e.g. colour, form, etc.) from the photos existing on the site. The Pytchley is not liable if the description of products is not complete and includes items or ingredients not detailed.

Delivery orders are also subject to: i) your address falling within our defined delivery area; ii) availability of the restaurant being online for accepting online orders; iii) your order being subject to a minimum amount per order.

You can pay by any of the methods listed on our website and our checkout screen. Please make sure that if your order is placed using a credit or debit card, the card is valid on the date of your order placement. The Pytchley may provide no refunds to the orders paid online. Contact us directly to settle any payment dispute or refund claim.

In addition, if you order on-line, the price charged may be different to the prices agreed or charged in the restaurant or over the telephone.

Once placed, any amendments to the online order should be requested by calling The Pytchley directly.

Requested delivery or collection times will be agreed once your order has been accepted, and may vary up to 20 minutes from your requested time slot. We will aim to provide you with your ordered take away as close as possible to your agreed delivery/collection time, but we cannot guarantee the delivery time in all the cases. Delivery time may be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions. This is to ensure the safety of our drivers. Delivery service may be temporarily unavailable in selected areas due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. No refund will be offered in the event of late delivery.

The customer agrees to accept delivery of the order at the agreed time and place of delivery. If you have opted for delivery, The Pytchley will deliver the order to the main entrance of the delivery address. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, our drivers will not be able to enter any customer’s premises. If you are not present to take delivery of your order at the address provided, then no refund will be given.
